Chapter 9 - Entering Agents

Deductions Tab

  • Assign default (automatically applied to agent’s commission check) deductions applicable to each individual agent
  • Click on button in Deduction Column blank line to display/select deductions
  • Can specify unique G/L and dollar amounts for each agent
  • Use Get Team Members button to select/assign agents where the current record is assigned as Team Leader
    • Creates LS/SS Assistant Deduction entries under Agent Deductions Icon on main Properties Tab
    • Assigns LS/SS Assistant Deduction entries in Deductions Tab of agent record
    • Can edit/enter amount/% fields to specify member’s commission deduction amount
