Chapter 5 - Listing/Selling Office Setup

Helpful Hints

  • Office info entered here is used for tracking listing and selling offices of properties to track in-house and Co-Op sales
  • Fields denoted in Red indicate a required entry
  • You must establish an entry for your office (Crest import will add offices for companies using Crest EDG import)
  • Note:  You may enter more then one office (e.g., XYZ East & West) to track listings and sales in separate company offices, but an Agent can only be in “One” office
  • You can establish an office for every Co-Op company you commonly deal with (i.e., listing or selling) to facilitate tracking outside volume and Co-op agents
  • Note:  Placing a Check in the Co-Op box identifies the office as a Co-Op company
  • Not Assigned” office is used as the selling office until your listing is sold
  • This section provides an overview of entering/establishing office data for tracking listings/sales.
