Appendix K - Instructions for Source of Call Lists

Navigation: Pro Gold XP Main Menu => Setup Tab => Change Company Info Icon => Lists Tab => Source of Call List

A set of call sources should be entered into the software for each possible company source (e.g., The Real Estate Book, Yellow Pages, etc...) in order to make the Sellers' Progress Reports as accurate as possible for the initial issuance.  Be sure to list advertisement and Internet sites as applicable.  Outside “referral” sources should also be entered to capture the source for relocation type (i.e., referral) leads.

The following is a list default sources included with Pro Gold XP:

Company Web Site
Internet
MLS
Open House
Post Card
Realtor.com
Showing
Walk-In
Yard Sign                     

You can add additional sources by scrolling to the bottom of the source list and entering the next item in the blank record at the bottom.  You must check the box to the left of the item to identify it is a source item. 

Other possible items might include:
