Appendix J - Default Activity Items for Sellers' Progress Reports
Navigation: Pro Gold XP Main Menu => Setup Tab => Change Company Info Icon => Lists Tab => Default Seller Progress Report Templates
A set of default activities should be entered into the software for each property type (e.g., residential, vacant land, etc...) in order to make the Sellers' Progress Reports as accurate as possible for the initial issuance. Be sure to list advertisements and Internet sites as applicable.
The following is a list default activities included with Pro Gold XP:

Residential Event Took Property Photos
Residential Installed Lockbox
Residential Installed Yard Sign
Residential Posted Listing Company Web Site
Residential Posted Listing MLS
Residential Posted Listing Realtor.com
Only load an item as a default if it applies to all transactions. For example, all residential listings normally have a yard sign installed. If any residential listings do not, then delete the line item for yard sign from the default activity list.
Can add additional Activity items by inserting mouse pointer in an activity field and double clicking the mouse button.
Can add additional Media items by inserting mouse pointer in a media field and double clicking the mouse button.
Other possible items might include:
- Property information sheet prepared
- Placed Ad in a particular magazine or newspaper
- Property presented in-house to agents
- "Just Listed" notices distributed
