Chapter 4 - Establishing Pro Gold XP Defaults

In Progress Letters Tab (Setup Tab => Change Company Info Icon => Progress Letters Tab)

• Edit/enter text for company Progress Letters
• Edit/enter Progress Report frequency (default is 14 days)
• Progress Letters will be covered in a separate training session

In Lists Tab (Setup Tab => Change Company Info Icon => Lists Tab)

• Edit/enter company Source of Call items (e.g., Newspapers, Publications, etc…)
• Enter check mark in is Add box for items to appear in source drop down list in Contacts Tab

In Lists 2 Tab (Setup Tab => Change Company Info Icon => Lists 2 Tab)

• Define names for custom field 1 and 2 labels (Displays in Properties Tab under Work With Properties Icon
1. Can enter descriptions in custom fields 1 and 2 blocks
2. Can enter/setup drop down item list for custom fields 1 and 2 via Lists block
• Edit/enter checklist responsible party entities via Resp Party block (Use check box to Activate/deactivate items)
• Edit/enter Contact Type items (Add additional contact types) via Contact Type block (Use check box to Activate/deactivate items)
