Appendix E - Instructions for Yard Sign / Lockbox Entries

• Go to property
• Click Yard / Lock button
• Enter date
• Click Action select “Installed”
• Click Event select either Yard Sign or Lockbox
• If Lockbox, can enter code in notes field for quick verification

Note 1: Can also be entered as an “Installed” event activity via the Marketing Tab of the property

• Lockbox / Yard Sign Pick-up Report (Under Property Reports)
• Displays list of transactions overdue for pick-up
• Must have an installed entry via Yard / Lock button in Properties Tab and a valid List/Expiration Date entered for the transactions to be eligible for the report
• Property status must be Closed or Expired for transactions to appear on the report

Note 2:  Must enter an “Un-Installed” event via Yard / Lock button in Properties Tab to remove item from the report

Note 3:  Can enter “Un-Installed” event as an activity via the Marketing Tab of the property

Note 4:  “Un-Installed” event entered via Pro Gold XP will terminate Lockbox/Yard Sign Pickup Notice on VML Company Activity Report within 24 hours of VML synch
