Chapter 30 - Importing Property Data

Crest EDG Setup

  • Verify/assign data import path
  • C:\taro
  • Verify/assign initial import date (e.g., 01/01/1900) in Misc Tab
  • Agent and Property information will be populated/updated via Crest EDG Import
  • Property status changes must be reported via Crest (Pending, Canceled, Withdrawn, etc)
    • If using commission check process, property will be locked once check is processed and closed status assigned
    • Agent information can be reviewed by going to the Property System Tab => Agent Information Icon and viewing agent records that were imported
    • Property data may be reviewed by going to the Property System Tab => Work With Properties Icon and viewing properties that were imported
