Chapter 29 - Working with Prospects
Assign a prospect to an Agent 
Two methods:
1. Initial assignment;  during inbound call entry once the property is retrieved: 
 - Once the  property option is selected/retrieved for the inbound call, the system will  display the listing agent for the property selected (agent None if No Specific Property):
 - Click Retrieve button to accept the agent  displayed or 
- Click Backspace key to erase the agent  displayed and bring up the list of agents and select desired agent or
- Click Next in Rotation button to select next  agent in rotation (Must assign agents to rotation list via the agent setup  record)
2. Subsequent  assignment; directly from the prospect record
 - Click binoculars  to right of Agent field
- Three options:
- Assign to New Agent:  Click and select agent desired  (preserves previous agent in history) 
- Undo Last Assignment:  Can undo  agent previously assigned (remove from history)
- Cancel:  Close without any change
