Contact Type Setup

Several areas must be setup/verified that affect the way contacts are entered/managed:

  • Outbound call plan setup. (System has 4 default settings):
    • 15 Minute: Immediate follow-up phone call
    • 48 Hour:    2 day follow-up call
    • 1 Month:    30 Day follow-up call
    • 3 Month:    90 Day follow-up call
    • These settings help to operate the Tickler function in WWP by establishing the Next Contact Date for the next event
    • The Next Contact Date is generated as each outbound call is completed
