Source of Call Setup

Several areas must be setup/verified that affect the way contacts are entered/managed:

• A set of call sources should be entered into the software for each possible company source
• Outside “referral” sources should also be entered to capture the source for relocation type (i.e., referral) leads
• Appendix K contains instructions for source entry
