Chapter 29 - Working with Prospects

Tickler Button

Tickler button: 

  • Click the Tickler button in the upper right to open the tickler
  • There are two tickler options:
    • 15 Minute:  Displays 15 Minute events that have not been completed
    • Events show up immediately
    • Events stay in tickler until a 15 Minute call record is completed
  • Long Term:  Displays 48 Hour, 1 Month and 3 Month events (or other added events)
    • Events show up in tickler as of the Next Contact Date
    • The Next Contact Date is generated as each outbound call is completed
    • For example, once a 48 Hour call is completed it will update the Next Contact Date by 30 days
    • These settings help to operate the Tickler function in WWP by establishing the Next Contact Date for the next event
