Chapter 28 - Scheduling Showings

  • Can use filter options and showing From/To dates and Refresh button to search/view/print various showing events:
  • Listing filter: Current or All option
    • Current (default): View/print info in current listing
    • All: View/print info from “any” listing
  • Listing Agent filter:  Individual agent or All agents
    • All (default): Any listing agent showing event
    • Individual agent:  Only that listing agent’s showing events
  • Showing Agent:  Individual agent or All agents
    • All (default): Any showing agent showing event
    • Individual agent:  Only that showing agent’s showing events
  • Appt Type:  All or individual type
    • All (default): Any appointment type
    • Individual type:  Only that appointment type
  • Appt Status:  All or individual status
    • All (default): Any appointment status
    • Individual type:  Only that appointment status
  • Office:  All or individual office
    • All (default): Any office
    • Individual type:  Only that office
  • From/To dates: Controls the range of events that will display based on the filter options selected
  • Refresh button: Executes options selected; results display on screen in the current property
  • Use Book icon to view notes for a specific event
  • Use Door icon to go to a specific event
  • Print button:  Can print results of filtering with two options
  • Show Agent details Yes: Includes showing agent home phone, cell phone and e-mail address
  • Show agent details No: Only the showing event data
