Chapter 27 - Processing A Seller's Progress Report

Sellers Info in Buyer/Seller Tab

  • The Buyer/Seller's Tab provides two important data elements for the Progress Report:
    • The salutation:  Comes directly from the salutation field of the property record
    • The header information:  Comes directly from the Seller One, Address One, City, State and Zip fields of the property record
  • This data must be entered in the property record prior to generating a letter
