Chapter 27 - Processing A Seller's Progress Report 
Progress Report Dates
   
           Three  requirements must be met to be able generate a progress letter for a listing:
           - First,  Active  for Sellers Progress Reports box in Progress Letter Tab marked active
- Second, property  must be marked active for marketing activity in Marketing Tab
Third, property  must a date entered in the Next Progress  Report Date field      - Normally, this  date is entered when you first establish the property:
- Insert mouse  pointer in the Next Progress Report Date field; then double click
- System will  automatically insert a date based on the Progress  Report Frequency block parameter (e.g., 14 days) specified in the Progress Letter Tab under the main Setup Tab’s Change Company Information Icon
When entering a  date for a property already established, manually enter the date you desire the  next letter to be generatedNote:   When selecting the Progress  Report, the system generates a letter for every property listing that has a Next Progress Report Date that falls on or before the date the  report is actually  printed (i.e., the system date on the day the report is printed).  It will also prompt the user to  update the progress report date based on the Progress Report Frequency block parameter  (e.g., 14 days) specified in the main Setup  Tab once printing is complete.
