Chapter 27 - Processing A Seller's Progress Report

Summary

This section provides an overview of processing a progress letter in Pro Gold XP to update a seller regarding inbound and out bound activity on a property:
- Inbound Activity: Internet inquiries or phone inquiries, walk-ins, etc...
- Outbound Activity: Set yard sign, placed ad, open house, office caravan, input in MLS, etc...

Requirements

• Listed properties entered, Buyer/Seller's Tab data entered, Mark Active for Marketing box checked, Next Progress Report Date field entered
• Verify/Enter Progress Letter format
• Track inbound/outbound activity (Source of Call, Marketing, or both
