Chapter 23 - Payroll Processing

Helpful Hints

Pending Payroll Report Icon

  • Select Pending Payroll Report Icon to verify the payroll register report for each employee’s pending check
  • Note:  Review report prior to generating the actual check to verify stub entries
  • Entering this Icon automatically generates a Pending Payroll Report for the current pay period/most recent time cards processed
  • The report is displayed in a Print Preview mode
  • Type a “p” to send print to default printer or verify on screen and click escape key on keyboard when finished
  • Once the payroll register report is verified, Select Process Payroll Checks Icon to generate all pending payroll checks
