Helpful Hints

  • There are two methods available within Pro Gold XP to process credit payments:
    • Payment from agent that has no outstanding invoice(s)
      • Manual payments only (i.e., cash/check)
      • Issue a Credit Memo
    • Process overpayment of outstanding invoice(s)
      • Process a manual overpayment
      • Process commission check deduction overpayment
