Chapter 18 - Processing  a Closing/Creating a Commission Check
Deduction Calculation Screen (Verify Agent(s) Check)
    Verify  commission and default check data for each agent (Note: If more than one agent involved, must highlight and verify  each agent’s data separately)
    Verify default  deductions for each agent
    Select/enter  applicable non-default agent deductions for each agent
    Verify deduction  check data; can manually adjust $ amounts if necessary (ensure net check amount updates when adjusting deduction amounts; click  mouse in "Agent's Net Check Amount" to update amount)
    Verify Agent  1099 data
    Verify Close Date; change if necessary
    Place check mark in the Verify block once verification complete
    If applicable,  apply payment to an agent invoice by selecting Agent Receivables button; verify  amount deducted upon return to screen
    Click "Create Checks" button, select Yes
    Verify check #  of mini check; Click OK to generate  agent(s) check; System will post 1099 amount to agent(s) 1099 record and check  amount in Net Commission block in Agent Tab of property record and, if  activated, will proceed to the Additional  Check Creation screen
