Chapter 18 - Processing a Closing/Creating a Commission Check

Property Tab

  • Change property status to “Pending”
  • Verify Listing and Selling Office (Enter selection as appropriate)
  • Enter “Sale Price”
  • Verify Address and Residential Type data fields
  • See sample Property Tab screen below
    • Note:  The Close Date field is populated by the system once the Agent’s check is verified and created
