Chapter 16 - Entering Listing/Pending Properties

In Buyer/Seller Tab

  • Use salutations with entire name (e.g., Dr. Even Kildare, etc…) for use with letter module
  • MLS imports typically only populate the seller Name field; all others must manually entered
  • Crest EDG import populates the First Name, Last Name, Name, Co Seller, Co Buyer, Address One, City, State, Zip, Phone and Email fields Seller e-mail only populates if Email is in Crest when record is first imported; otherwise field must be manually populated in Pro Gold XP
